Editorial corrections
A dedicated public editorial email has not been configured yet. If the site was shared with you directly, send corrections to the owner through that existing conversation or channel. We do not provide a form that pretends to deliver messages without a configured destination.
For a useful correction, include the page URL, the statement you believe is wrong, a primary-source link and the date you checked it. Specification changes should identify the exact model and variant.
Orders, shipping and refunds
SilentBasketball.info does not sell inventory or process payments. If you followed a shopping link, contact the retailer or manufacturer that took your order. Use your order confirmation to identify the seller; a marketplace’s third-party seller may have its own return terms.
Never send payment-card details, retailer passwords or private API credentials as an editorial correction.
Product submissions
A dedicated submission process has not been established. Future product coverage should require identifiable manufacturer information and verifiable specifications. A sample or affiliate relationship must not be treated as evidence of quality.
Before public launch
The owner needs to supply a real operating contact and identity details. This contact page is transparent about that missing information rather than publishing a fabricated address or a nonfunctional submission button.
